These Terms & Conditions apply to the BharatMart website at telfo.in, including browsing, enquiries and orders accepted through the store. References to “BharatMart”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this store.

Using the website
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian who places the order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep any account credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or publish unlawful content. Product and third-party brand names belong to their respective owners; a listing does not imply that BharatMart is an authorised brand dealer.
Products and availability
Read the model, colour, price and other details on the relevant product listing before ordering. Images may appear slightly different on different screens. Product condition, included accessories and warranty are limited to the details explicitly stated for that item. Ask us to clarify any missing information before purchase.
Listings and availability can change. Categories or products marked “Coming soon” are not available to order. If a listing contains a material error or an item cannot be supplied, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to any revised order or arrange an applicable refund. We will not substitute a different item without your consent.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable shipping charges, taxes and the final amount payable are displayed at checkout before payment. A compare-at price is a comparison reference and does not change the checkout amount.
Only payment methods actually available in checkout can be used. Payment authorisation and settlement are handled through the payment providers configured for the store. Do not send card details, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs through our contact form or to customer support.
Order confirmation and acceptance
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order request. Order fulfilment remains subject to payment confirmation, product availability and an address we can serve. We may contact you to clarify information required to process the order. If we cannot accept or fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and arrange the applicable refund.
While a checkout or store notice identifies test mode, transactions are for testing and do not constitute real customer purchases or shipment requests. Live payments must not be made through test instructions.
Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, charges, estimates and support. Our Return / Refund Policy explains cancellation, eligibility, replacement and refund arrangements. These policies form part of the information applicable to an accepted order.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides the technology supporting this store. Relevant service providers process information needed to operate the website, process payments, provide support and arrange deliveries.
Service changes and third-party links
We may update website content or features and address technical interruptions. Links to third-party sites are provided for relevant information; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an already accepted order.
Consumer rights and applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Nothing in them excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, non-delivery or deficiency in service. They do not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer authority or court.
